BASEBALL
The game was introduced to Kabete Cares by the founder of Baseball 4 Africa Jim Tamarack in 2005.
In partnership with Baseball 4 Africa, the organization has supplied baseball equipment and offered coaches and umpires training to baseball centers in Nakuru, Nairobi, Kiambu and mkueni Counties, besides partnersing with the Baseball Federation of Kenya in development initiatives.
Kabete Cares is also the local partner of Baseball 4 Africa which hosts the Annual Baseball 4 Africa National Championship every year.
The organization has also helped local young people attend coaching and umpiring courses who are being prepared for the task of spreading the game.
